Rhody Reviews is a service of Own The Box Marketing LLC. It is a review-management platform used by local service businesses such as landscapers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, and dentists. On behalf of the business you hired, Rhody Reviews can send you a text message asking you to share feedback about the service you received. Use this form to opt in. Consent is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or service.
How opting in works (single point-of-service opt-in)
- At the point of service, the business you hired collects your mobile number on its invoice, intake form, or booking confirmation, and shows you this consent box. The box is never pre-checked. Leaving it unchecked blocks nothing and you still receive the same service.
- If you check the optional box, that is your consent of record. It is recorded with a timestamp and kept for at least four years.
- The review-request text is the only message that follows, sent on behalf of the business you hired. There is no separate confirmation step. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, HELP for help.

How your information is stored
Consent records, including your timestamped opt-in, are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and retained for at least four years. The business you hired sees only aggregate performance in its Rhody Reviews analytics dashboard, such as delivery rates, response rates, reviews generated, and opt-out counts. Your number is never sold or shared for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
